Office of Equity and Anti-Racism Initiatives is planning a series of Virtual consultation session to seek feedback on the proposed Equity and Anti-Racism Legislation. This Bill is planned for introduction at the spring session of the Legislative Assembly.
On Thursday, February 3rd, 7:00-8:00pm, representatives from the OEA will organize a session for the IMWAH community to seek feedback on this important matter. The session is 1.5 hour long and will introduce participants to the Office's mandate, the Legislation's objectives and followed by a moderated Q&A. It will be facilitated by:
- Mr. DeRico Symonds (Senior Executive Advisor to the Deputy Minister),
- Mr. Jude Gerrard (Strategic Engagement Advisor, OEA), and
- Mr. Mohammad Ehsan (Special Advisor, OEA).
